Refund Policy

If Fleuron isn't right for you, you can get your money back within 30 days of buying it, no questions asked.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address you bought with, or tell us your order number. We refund the full price through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your licence

When you get a refund, your licence ends and making files is locked again: in the web app straight away, and in the desktop app the next time it checks your licence (about once a week when it's online). Your books stay on your computer, and you can keep using the free version.

After 30 days

After 30 days we can't normally give refunds. If something is wrong with Fleuron, write to us anyway: we'll help, and we'll consider a refund if we can't fix it.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
